Not really. But took their chances.
Yes I was very impressed given the financial differences of the 2 sides, comfortable throughout and then stepped on Spurs last 10-15 and got what they deserved.

I think in general, in the Champion League, often there is an English āSicknessā in particularly in the media, but also amongst supporters of Premier League teams. Many tend to expect easy goings in Europe because the Premier League has the most competative league. But apart from Manchester City (and Liverpool and Chelsea when in form), English teams donāt tend to brush away opposition in reality.
European games tends to be difficult and competative and particularly in the Champions League.
So I donāt know if itās shocking that Tottenham loses to a good Portugese side really.
