Saw it on the Beeb and thought this bit below was an odd phrase and quote…
The Palace said advice had been sought by the King and given by Ms Truss.
“With mutual friendship and respect there was agreement that the King would not attend,” the Palace stated.

At one point, Truss blatantly contradicted herself; absolutely nothing from Kuenssberg.

Not sure it matters, she is such a poor interviewee that she can’t help to put her foot in it.
Sometimes it is better to let them hang themselves rather than pushing them off the bucket - whether the public sees it is another thing…

It’s ridiculous how Kuenssberg keeps getting promoted. She’s a terrible, sycophantic journalist who offers no insight.
Perfect if you want to remove the independence of the BBC though.
