Tells you all you need to know about the members
My thoughts exactly.
Rishiâs vote amongst members was actually rising against that of Truss in the tail end of the leadership campaign - it just came too late for him to win. A poll released yesterday of the membership gave Rish a two thirds share of the vote.
The issue for him is not the membership at large but the pro Boris camp who are refusing to support him.
Edited to add.

Against who?
I commeneted at the time that governance by three-word slogan is never good.
Stop the boats!
Build the wall!
Get Brexit done!
Same vacuous shite the world overâŚhow utterly unsurprising it always comes from the right.
You missed out, âMake Britain Grate!â
Oh, Oh, forget the best one, âPigs can fly!â
âHatedâ
I agree with your sentiments, but this bolded bit is incorrect. We know a decent chunk of the Conservative Party have had anti EU leanings, and it is pretty clear that amongst the left of the Labour Party there are anti EU supporters.
Yeah , I accept that. Maybe I should have said â everybody else with any sense.
HAHAHAHAAHA
Actually I thought Cameron was an excellent PM, he was the statesman. May was very good too IMHO, she tried BREXIT light but the party wouldnât wear it so was replaced by a pig headed twit in a china shop whoâs grasp of fact and reality only equaled his grasp of monogamy. Either of them would be a billion times better than Truss. My gran would be better than Truss and sheâs dead!
You must have missed the part where he and Gideon imposed austerity on the entire country and sent it into its downward spiral.
Oh, and Brexit.
LBC on for Mr Leftâs take on this. Iâll be honest, I quite like James OâBrian. Disagree on pretty much everything but he has an educated and knowledgable slant on it and is as deeply opinionated as me. All good.
Regarding the top two, itâs two for the price of one if you build a wall. About 15-20 km out at sea, from Brighton to Hull and the boats wont be an issue. Also stick on massive turrets, housing motion detection triggered machine guns, sporadically and maybe also mine both sides - just in case the wall is breachedâŚ
He didnât vote for BREXIT, he facilitated the majority of the country to vote for what they wanted. Demonstrably. As for Austerity, imagine having a functioning financial plan right now to put the economy back on track. These fuckers are pouring petrol on the fire one minute then water the next.
Which British PM had the shortest tenure?
Pitt the even briefer?
That could quite easily have been a sketch from The Day Today.
