You know, if hadnt been for the dishonesty of it all, his utter commitment to not do the job, and his overall self-serving nature, you know, I think he might he have been seen to do a good job.

I meanāt the Ā£115k - I assume he gets this payment as he stepped down as PM. If he becomes leader again does that payment end, does he get a second lot of money when that second run ends
A choice of Johnson or Trump, I would go for Johnson each time. As much a I donāt like him, I canāt see him go to the deepest lengths that Trump would.

I canāt make up my mind if Iād be horrified or delighted in Johnson got back in.
On one hand we have a man who absolutely disgraced himself the last time he was in office. Left after scandal upon scandal led to ministers resigning in droves. A lot of men feel like having a penis is like being chained to an idiot. I think Boris and his penis could both legitimately share that feeling
Labour would absolutely fucking destroy him in an election. Perhaps not to the same degree as Truss, but Iād still expect Starmer to get a three figure majority, and the Tories lose seats all over the place.
On the other hand putting a man back in power who has already proved totally unsuitable for high office would only legitimise his behaviour and could cause damage to our democracy it would take a generation to unravel.
