Sunak has managed to avoid much of the wrath for the Johnson years but it is important to remember he was a key part of it. He stood with Johnson all the way until it was untenable to do so. He’s dirty. Just like everyone else from that Cabinet.
Politically and economically he is to the right of the Tories.

Seriously though , wtf is he doing re-appointing that mad woman ? Unless it was a quid pro quo for her dropping out of the race and lending her support , which as I type I’m convinced it must be. Could there possibly be any other reason ?

Yes- he has to appease the extreme right wing faction of the party. He can’t just surround himself with “moderates”.

And those appointments now make it harder for him to distance himself from it, which is one reason i think Labour will be happy with his picks.

They’ve learnt fuck all then. These right wing nut jobs will drag us and them deeper into despair.

Did he get fed up of typing their first names halfway through?
Or did he realise it was a futile exercise:
“Ah, fuck this. They’ll be gone by Christmas anyway”

I am shocked by Coffey.
She is particularly shite.

Didn’t Braverman break security protocol and then resigned?
I am surprised he has included her in his cabinet. It is a BIG mistake in my view.
PM Sunak then talks about restoring integrity in the government, what a farce.
Can’t believe that incompetent cow is back in her old job.

I think it was a minor breach that wouldnt usually lead to a sacking - but both Truss and Braverman saw it as an opportunity to advance both their causes.
I guess he believes she will do whatever he asks.
I don’t use oil at all anymore and my food bill has doubled these last 3 months.
Ok I’m not in the UK but it’s the same.
I just come to the conclusion that these ‘published’ price increases are exagerated underestimates otherwise how does my food bill double in 3 months with just a 17% increase across the board?

How do you think I feel?
Stuck with an strictly road racing, Vegemite loving Australian who only has eyes for @PeachesEnRegalia.

This list ought to be revised then… 6 days.
Would have been a scream with Boris at Foreign Secretary, but I suppose his plan is to attempt to come to the rescue in 26 months time.
I think Boris has burnt a lot of his bridges with the way he conducted himself at the weekend. I would be very surprised if he had any chance of being leader again.

Our new PM
I don’t think I can handle another 2 years of this government. I can see myself in jail for not paying my extortionate energy bills.
