I think it should be neutral now that Truss and Kwarteng have been replaced and it was kind of being expected yesterday. Makes sense to give the new PM time to decide on priorities and OBR time to reflect that in their report.
The markets have already eased off a little, and we know BOE likely to be raising rates. Shouldnât be many surprises on that front this time round.

He may just have seen no value in pursuing it anyway. It was against the manifesto commitment , offered nothing in term of energy production or revenues for government - and his leadership campaign saw him call for solar panels on buildings rather than rural areas.
It just highlights the stupidity of Truss to make it an issue and then ultimately lose her job over it.
