Yes, yes. But he is quite clearly now the King Of England!. OK, his father was born in Greece (although from the House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-GlĆ¼cksburg and Battenberg) but his mother was born in London - admittedly of German decent. But that German decent traces all the way back to Scotland and before that they were Welsh, and before that they were French and then Vikings.

Actually, has there been an English King of England in the 1,000 years?

Tudors? 1485 to 1603.
Of welsh decent and considered the rightful return of the Britons to the throne or something.

Welsh isnā€™t English.

Silly me, well spotted.

Mary Queen of Scots, just to add salt to my own wounds.

And English isnā€™t Welsh , but you still claim a prince of Wales over usšŸ˜¬

Prince of Wales is basically an intern job for future kings. Iā€™m surprised they havenā€™t renamed it ā€œWest Of England Technical Collegeā€.

Diversity mate, canā€™t have a straight white englishman on the throne

At some point we need to accept that the HOC has a serious and pernicious cultural problem with sexual assault, and demand that this is taken seriously. Itā€™s endemic.

Can you imagine any other organisation of 650 people where so many were under investigation for sexual misconduct.

In other news, Labour won the Chester By-Election, with 14 point swing and a 10,000 majority. That would translate to a significant majority, if replicated at a GE.

And Sajid Javid is the latest (and biggest?) Name so far to announce he is stepping down.

Meanwhile, Boris Johnson says he will continue to stand for his current constituency - polling suggests though he will lose.

Seriously though, wtf.

Sadly my wing man is no longer on the forum but be assured, from day 1 of a Labour Government, EVERYTHING will be their fault. Quite looking forward to it.

Good for you, but in 12 years of Conservative government can you name one thing, just one thing that they have done which has made the UK a better place for the general UK population?

Just one.

Got rid of Boris and gave us Truss?
Spent a load of money on PPE to protect our NHS staff from Covid?

Fuckit I give up

Yeah, I can REALLY enjoy tasty very bent bananas now.

Oh and we donā€™t have 3 day weeks due to strikes. Granted those of a striking nature are really starting to raise their heads but then thatā€™s Corbynā€™s fault.

Still waiting.
