The thing that isn’t shown in that clip is the way the caller spent ages buttering up Farage and appealing to his narcissism with compliments and sycophancy. That’s why Nige is so relaxed with the caller by the time he delivers the zinger line.

In a more recent [interview with Sophy Ridge] of Sky News, he again offered a general condemnation of violence but refused to single out republican paramilitaries, saying: “I condemn all the bombing by both the loyalists and the IRA.”
I take that opportunity to add medical superglue and “normal” superglue are not really the same stuff. (And hopefully those pesky art lovers know the difference)

At this point I’ve got to wonder, are the strikes a political benefit to this government by giving the public another focus for criticism?
I like the idea of productivity in the NHS, how many obus’ should they be removing each week? 
They are deliberately escalating them to demonise unions and paint the wrong picture about public sector working.

Did this on friday with ASLEF - briefed to the press that they made them an offer, an offer which they know will be refused due to the conditions attached (rather than pay), yet ASLEF had no knowledge of the offer.
