Turns out Bozo was even stupider than we thought at the time.
If thatās possible.
Iām trying to think of a PM that hasnāt been āinterestingā. The only ones that come to mind are May, Major and Brown - but people will call them boring (Major did enjoy the odd Currie however). The rest have been, well, āinterestingā¦ā
Even @Alright_Now_Legend ās korma was hotter.
Sounds like more made up bollocks in his book. Itās probably the only way to sell it. Everyone laugh at the stupid clown man. God, I hate fucking clowns.
And he did a lot - allegedly.
I said that to the suggestion you were ācancelledā. If youād been cancelled, you wouldnāt be still here. There were a fair few pro leave voices, and none of them were cancelled.
No, but it will obviously skew towards younger people.
In Singapore we have a minister now going to jail for accepting gifts under a law that actually originated from our time as a British colony and a law that the UK themselves scrapped some time ago. It means government servants cannot be charged for accepting gifts as long it cannot be proven that itās accepted in return for benefits which then becomes corruption. Is that true in the UK? Because why should government individuals be able to receive such kind of gifts and not be considered illegal?
So is Labour peer Aliā¦some sort of charity shopā¦or a posh Vintedā:smile:
i dont think you referenced to correct poster hereā¦im not involved in this
Wowā¦donāt hold back Rosieā¦tell us what you really think.
The sleaze, nepotism and apparent avarice are off the scale. I am so ashamed of what you and your inner circle have done to tarnish and humiliate our once proud party.
In her resignation letter Duffield condemned Starmer for accepting gifts worth more than £100,000, including clothing, glasses and accommodation paid for by Lord Alli, the Labour peer
Rats deserting a sinking ship a few months after it launched.
Sorry @Rambler beat me to it
Jonathan Pie is VERY quiet.
The daily stick the conservatives got on here, Labour would sort it all out. Wow, almost worse. Iām currently laughing my arse off.
Youāre drinking a slightly more expensive Bordeaux though I suspect.
Riesling tonight.
Ouch, take that Starmer.
Clock is ticking on this fraudulent twat.

She was always going to do this. It was just timing. As soon as she rebelled the Kings speech she has made her mark where she was going to stand.
Starmer will be glad she is gone as she was a liability. Her openly transphobic views (including to labour members) breaking Covid rules, controversial appearances in RT and GBNews meant she was a problem. Even under Corbyn she was nearly delselected.
She highlights a number of things in her resignation letter. Pity her historic voting record does not align with this. Looks like a self serving MP that used labour to get elected and will now do the rounds and probably join Reform or write for the Daily Mail.
Her criticism may be valid and will cause damage, but when talking about integrity and the left she certainly is not that.
Edit: just looked it up and this year she declared £12,000 donations.
As a neutral and foreigner well loved by @cynicaloldgit , reading that letter, I feel alot of sensationalism, trying to trigger emotions rather than necessary facts. Alot of what she says seem to suggest that more than her should have been affected but yet so far only her has taken any sort of action, so was it as bad as what she says.
But similarly are what you are saying of her true or just another brushing off anyone who is not aligned with the party? Not a statement, but a question, so probably someone can provide another perspective?
I suspect that Starmer will be secretly delighted with Duffieldās resignation. One comment about her I saw online is that she wanted Starmer to sack her so that she could be a martyr but she lost patience with him.
Unfortunately, it means another constituency stuck with a self-serving dead duck MP. I wonder if they could try to remove her?
