Impending tax rises from autumn budget fuel collapse in sentiment and rising redundancy intentions, surveys show
Interesting article on a very important policy.
Haven’t you heard though fighting climate change is a woke ideological crusade.
One for those who enjoy psephology. Ford points out that Labour is more in danger from losing its voters on the left than on the right, and also argues that trying to chase the voters preferring the fascists means letting them set the political agenda, which is a self-defeating move.
Letting? It’s a bit late for that.
The right has been setting the political agenda since the late 1970s, hence the entire political landscape’s being dragged rightwards ever since.
A quality piece.
Or Anti Establishment…
I disagree with it being a quality piece of “writing”. It is subjective and not completely factually correct. For someone who had so much interaction with 1st generation immigrant workers why are there no quotes? Dialect? Why refer to the other Newspaper brands for petty point scoring….? That type of comment, whether factual or not just undermines the actual message he is trying to get across. Which is the importance of immigration to ‘insert country’ and ‘insert sector’ is undeniable and fundamental to everyday society
Yes, Nigel Farage is anti establishment. A couts banking, multi-millionaire, Dulwich School educated, Former advisor to Thatcher, former Investment Banker, friend of Donald Trump, anti establishment figure.

Lets not forget rascist, Barclay brothers pawn, and mate to Steve Bannon
Or just a general cunt of a human being
On the subject of cunts.
Sir Keir Starmer said securing a lasting peace in Ukraine was "essential" to deter Vladimir Putin from future aggression.
He’s an idiot.
Hé should have at least waited till after meeting up with other concerned parties. A common front is what is needed now.
So He’s going to put 200,000 troops in harms way iis he?
Is this the same ‘ready’ as when you have to say you are ready to launch nuclear weapons? Damned if you do and damned if you don’t.
The Daily Mail is criticising him today for saying he is ready to put troops on the ground. They would be criticising him if he said he wasn’t ready to put troops on the ground. There is no answer to the question he can give that isn’t going to piss off the right.
So He’s going to put 200,000 troops in harms way iis he?
I think he is saying he is ready to, if needed. He hasn’t said I am definitely going to deploy troops.
Its not about left/right - Pun intended.
I doubt if he has any intention of giving the order to deploy British armed forces into Ukraine.
He’s playing mind games with Trump, trying to get them to show their hand.
In which case he should have kept quiet
He’s played into Trump’s hands. Trump will now think there’s someone who is prepared to have nothing to do with the ceasefire conditions however will commit troops because ‘I ask him to’.
It’s absolutely folly!
… And what’s hé doing spouting this to th Torygraph. He’s a fucking nutjob!
He’s playing mind games with Trump, trying to get them to show their hand.
I thought Trump had already done that?
Honestly, i dont get the problem here. Daily Fail are fishing again.
Honest question here: who in here still thinks that Brexit was a good idea? If not, who from our UK citizens would be ready to consider, if not a direct reintegration into the EU, at least a massive expansion of trade and military deals with it?
I’m really interested to read answers from the lads in the UK. Given the extremely concerning situation which is now handed to us all by Trump and co, it would surely make sense?
