I couldnt find an appropriate thread on this but does anyone have problems with uploading photos or images? Happy for the post yo be moved if there is one.
I appreciate that there’s probably storage/ server issues but the disparity between permitted image size vs a phone taken photo for example seems quite extreme.
Any thoughts insight would be appreciated as its a frustrating process having to compress an image into something ridiculously small.
I have found that it tends not to upload images on a phone, but my laptop seems OK.
My frustration continues. Tried to upload a photo. No go. Compressed it to 80kb and it worked. Tried to upload another that was compressed to 56kb and it wont upload.
Tried to add 1.8mb, no go. Says 5mp is max, which I think is more dimension based.

I know it’s not really a solution to the issue as stated, but image hosting sites (e.g., Imgur) are always an option.
It seems random and not a size issue provided youre under that limit. Despite failing at 80kb i then got one in at 140kb.
You only get to see a bit of my trunk, that’s where the magi happens.
