War in Iran : Trump's latest misadventure

I am some what surprised that the Israeli guy who viewed this video didn’t notice that it was a decoy, but I suppose he or she may have not been among the “best people” and so posted it as an official kill video anyway

Worth watching such videos twice if you are in such a position, I would say. Extremely well made decoy to be fair, so maybe i am too critical here.

Deleting this because I think it is likely it is Iranian and the trainer jet shot down earlier today.
Time will tell

Most People world over think that this is going to be an easy walkover. And it’s just a matter of time waiting for Iran to fold after running out of drones

Iran’s military (both the wings) is relatively advanced (given the crippling sanctions they are under). They can construct cheap reliable drones relatively quickly , have a mid range ballistic system which can stretch to targets as far as Malaysia to Italy. They even have a fledgling space system and have sent satellites up(albiet they might be nothing more than a webcam in space right now)

Iran’s ruling party might well be crushed but I hope the change comes from within. This isn’t like crushing Assad which in itself took decades.

This is a functional country with a well entrenched military and govt.

ISR tried to kill him today, but seems he is still alive

For now at least

Lucky survivors. Ship is stll sailing to port while on fire.

My word. This has the Shia Sunni angle written all over.

In India , Most of my Muslim friends are Shia muslims. And they are some of the most principled humans you would ever meet.

This attitude will have dire ramifications for the rest of the world if it is allowed to spread.

The sinking of the frigate

Looks like the US captain, who likely had orders to sink it, actually tried to allow for a lot of survivors. Well done to that guy, because this wasn’t a mistake where that torpedo hit (he could have chosen to break the ship in two).

Wuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut???

Here we have just discussed the General Belgrano !?!?

Is he really THIS ignorant ? I suppose he is. It’s hard to fathom, man is supposed to be intersted in military matters, the sinking of the General Belgrano is rather basic knowledge, is it not ? I mean, I learned of it when I was a kid…

Exactly what I was saying when I said it looks like the US gave warning.

Splendid indeed. It remembers me of Minas Tirith, and I wonder whether Tolkien knew this city. I wouldn’t be surprised by that.

And the US and Israel, those who “break it”; will take none or almost none.

I have warned about this. For Europe, this is the disaster we are waiting for. It is we who must pick up these pieces and this will likely ensure incresed popularity to Nationalist parties as a consequence of too many coming at once (it is how it works).

And obviously also the countries in the region. Apologies if that is not clear, I was purposfully using a Eurocentric angle.

Excuse me, but what ludicrous clowns these Jihadists are. Might be Iraqi Hezbollah or Islamic Resistance as well. iraq is after all, favorite launch pad for stupid attacks.

I hear you. I really do. The whole point is that Ive been trying to make w.r.r the shipping routes. 4-5 years of inconvenience matters shit if the larger perspective is in play.

Point is that governments world over are shit

Understandable point of view.

Fuck this US admin, dragging in everyone who wants NOTHING to do with this mentally handicapped operation.

Even if it becomes a smashing success, it is so RISKY for everyone in the region, that almost nothing, except imminent Iranian attack or data that they are about to test a nuke, justifies this absolute unfathomable irresponsible gamble with the lives and economies of the people in the region (and outside of it).

I’ve come to the conclusion they just want to see the world burn.
