Wataru ENDO: 2024/25

He has played that position hasn’t he… maybe it’s an option in certain circumstances

I don’t think so, not more than an emergency option.

Well everyone seems to know what Slot thinks and who he likes or doesn’t like.

I’d rather play him than say Konate or VVD on Saturday.

I presume this is in reference to the Spurs game?

This is a short clip out of today’s pre Forest press conference. I guess Slot certainly means this in general.

A nice little stat. Let’s hope it lasts.

Not true though. Didn’t we concede against Ipswich with Endo on the pitch?

Why let facts get in the way of a good story?

Honestly I felt he was a quite wild, committed a couple of unnecessary fouls in dangerous areas and struggled to slow the game down in possession.

However, the introduction of a 4th midfielder did help to neutralize the Wolves threat which was coming straight through the middle of the pitch.

And in the end he made an important tackle on Pedro Lima that essentially ended the game.

Too wild, yeah. More negative than positive in my opinion. But we got over the line, just about. That tackle by Quansah so close to our goal was incredible though, absolutely brilliant.

Endo played his first full 90 to be expected saying that he probably needs the minutes.

Eintracht Frankfurt are interested to bring him back to Germany.

I’m not sure he is going anywhere.
