A long-term midfielder might be a better way of putting it. Someone who is here and starting for us for a long time - like Lavia/Caicedo etc were clearly meant to be.

I think this is a master stroke by our recruitment team, completely fooled Chelsea. They knew that CFC would be monitoring our targets and they took the bait. We lured them away from our main target (the one that no one had heard of) with huge bids for the obvious, flavour of the month DM. Hook, line and sinker Boehly!!

Thatās the way i like it, a deal wrapped up out of nowhere! Might be another Mr. Reliable and we probably might need that kind of player. Oh and another captain for his country, thatās some extra leadership added then.
Then we can sign that Brazilian lad in January while weāre developing Bajetic, i still think we already have a real gem at the club.
