Of course, and Iâm not saying any of this to knock him. Iâm just saying itâs going to be a massive step up for him and he is going to have to raise his game to the level we expect.
I certainly see this as a challenge for Iraola. Klopp came with the reputation. Weâll see if Iraola can sell his vision to a bunch, some of whom have either lost the hunger or feel theyâve already âmade itâ.

That wouldnât be too hard, since I think it was about February when I decided a change would be for the best. I just didnât feel the need to be unpleasant about it, which I understand is a source of confusion.
For me Iâll give Iraola exactly what I gave Slot - plenty of time and grace, and if it does go wrong I wonât turn into an arse and make it personal, nasty or over the top.

I am missing the daily social media reports on where he is flying off to, even if some of them werenât true.
It was part of the reason I thought he might be off as there was no report he had gone anywhere after the final day.
