I think the only match I saw him at any length was that one I saw in the pub in Dublin last summer. He really pissed me off. Someone else asked the barman to āturn that gobshite downā. I think this is a modern phenomenon whereby they use contrarian knobheads to create ācontentā for their social media outlets.
I know Jimmy Hill used to wind people up, but at least he knew what he was talking about.

Like a number of others I always felt Slot seemed aloof, but more importantly did not seem to have a lot of time for the young players coming through,or not under him!
Unless you want to buy a whole team,you need the lads coming through.
I feel energised by what Iraola is saying,to me he seems to get what Liverpool is,and all the signs indicate he will go down well here.

Actually, when I hear the Boss say it, I hear two syllables: I hear iro / la. To my ear it sounds like he elides the a in ra and the o in ola, so it sounds like two syllables.
I just hope nobody copies Mark Goldbridgeās pronunciation of āIriolaā. Thatās staring to wind me up almost as much as the English pronunciation of ākaraokeā. It is not ākariokiā.
