After the watching the video, if this is how Liverpool FC operate years in advance in looking at future managers. I am wondering, are the men in suits looking in 5-6 years in future for the next manager, after Ireola then? Just wondering.
Also, including Director of Foorball and Edwards job, forgot his title etc

To be fair it is 19m euros plus substantial cash for every win or draw for that one place higher. Hull finishing 6th over Wrexham in 7th means Hull get 200m.
Fine margins for 2 points, after all Millwall in 3rd were one point off the same boost.
We have someone dedicated that pipeline already
I guess its just always a question of how much do the first team coaches engage with that or rate/trust the players in the pipeline

I found this an interesting take on working under Iraola from Antoine Semenyo. The main points are just how hard he makes players work - seven days a week! And also how he noticed how Semenyo loved to do tricks and fancy stuff in training and asked him why he didn’t do it in matches. He then encouraged him to relax and play freely, including all the tricky stuff and Semenyo followed that advice at Bournemouth and now at City. I love that confidence and desire to entertain.

I like how he thinks about football. You can’t let it consume you, especially if it’s your profession. Having a healthy distance from it means that you will never get too high during the highs and you’ll never get too low during the lows. I think this is one of the things that burnt out Jürgen, that he was so engulfed in it that it aged him.

It’s actually an interesting watch, goes into how much of a crazy outlier Bournemouth were in certain aspects. Not made by a Liverpool fan afaik, no hyperbole.
