I wonder if he also used to run naked through the wheat fields as a kid…
Whoops.
She never actually said she was naked.
That was me when I was wanking.
The lettuce.
More drama at United after Garnacho posted gorilla emojis along with a pic of Onana (and team mates) after his penalty save the other night. What a fool.
Even with Onana coming to his rescue, that’s surely going to result in some time off and some kind of education programme? Wonder how Rashford feels about it, having been on the receiving end with a lot of social media abuse with emoji’'s like that being used. Or doesn’t it matter when its your pals??!!
I heard this last night and just cracked up.
Obviously lucky he’s good at football…
The last time I opened a thread from RedCafe (because one of our folks linked it here), they went on to win their next three games - but I laughed harder than Donald the Duck in that GIF. What do I do?!
Wouldn’t mind if United win against city.
Nah.
We want an all-in-brawl resulting in 22 red cards plus both managers getting season long bans plus 100 point deductions and immidiate expulsion from European comps with a further 5 year ban for each club. And then before being allowed to return to the dugout, both managers must walk across the pitch at Anfield, present themsleves infront of the Kop, put their head between their legs and kiss their own arse
Yes.
There’s still no accounting for taste.
That’s incredible without Champions League income.
Do they still have sponsors throwing stupid amounts of cash at them?
They played more games than almost anyone last season, I think. They got to two cup finals and went to I think the Semis in the EL? Not surprised at this, tbh.
While I’d conveniently forgotten all that did it translate to more TV appearances? I mean more games doesn’t exactly translate to a massive increase in income without a heap of other stuff behind it.
Shit thing for me on this is it just adds some validity to City’s numbers in a backward kind of way.
I can live with United being a financial behemoth. City though can fuck right off.
Ten Haag’s doing a good job. Keep him
City have been clearly better for a decade, won a treble last season and still took in less money (not counting oil donations).
United are a global brand with a huge generation fanbase. City are fucking shithouses.
Out of the bernardo playbook.
The Garnacho stuff makes me think two things:
Are some things more acceptable in parts of South America than in Europe, and while the person might not be racist, to European tastes it comes across like that?
The second thing I think about is Luis Suarez. We’ve had several footballers caught up in racist ‘miscommunication’ (I’m summarizing a larger discussion) but our man was the one who was made an example of and punished most severely.
I think that was largely due to Alex Ferguson taking control of the narrative from the outset, and from that point on it felt like the die was cast.
Edit:
Credit to Onana there, for me, as he showed support for a teammate, believed the best about his intention, and tried to smooth things over.
