When the shit hits the fan, and they've got the wrong man, that's Amorim!

Well, they’ve had worse weeks…

They’re paying at least double what he’s worth. Remains to be seen if his game will translate to the PL, but Ten Hag has put massive pressure on himself by vastly overpaying for his former players.

To me he just looks like another Richarlison, and I don’t really rate Richarlison.

Horrible diver that makes Robben a sympathetic person.

Yeah, forgot to mention this. He’s one of the worst divers you’ve ever seen

To be honest for that cash I’d be hoping for a transition like Suarez to the English game

Most expensive defender = Maguire
Most expensive midfielder = Pogba
Most expensive winger = Antony

Man Utd have the highest transfer spend in world football since 2017 (£765m net)…

Yet they haven’t won a trophy in 6 years.

Dubravka move is a bit puzzling. He is definitely not one for the future at his age. Solid keeper, but not really one I would think would play in the style that Ten Haag wants, particularly as regards distribution.

Wishing Chelsea as much good fortune with Wesley Fofana.

With Dean Henderson on loan, they just want a short term experienced keeper in place as backup for this season. He’s on loan, with an obligatory buy depending on the number of appearances (which if gets triggered means he was completely worth getting).

Of more interest is the huge amount agreed for Antony with hardly any of it in add-ons; rather mostly guaranteed.

Ten Hag got him to Ajax as their record signing, and now he has gone for him again at this eye-watering price. So he will need to make this work as it’s all down to him. Let’s hope for a Di Maria type situation.

Also from his comments I don’t think he has much desire to go back.

A bit like the Welsh Xavi coming to us under Brenda’s reign.

Not seen much of him, rated highly, coming from a lesser league, 100m Euro fee. Not dissimilar to us signing Darwin really - time will tell who flops and who doesn’t.

Fucking hell that’s one ugly photo of him, he isn’t the best looking but it looks like they stretched his face on that.
