I reckon they should have a review and sack another 50 staff.
The psychology of it is really different. Roy was a manager who came in, some thought safe hands, some thought terrible fit. It didnât work out. He was dismissed, Kenny came in, and even if the results didnât change right away, the feel damn sure did. I will never forget that first match in the FA Cup versus ManU - you could tell the mentality of the side had changed.
By contrast, Amorim is the guy who was supposed to fix the terrible situation. Instead, he has made Ten Haag look rather better. The arc of the season is so much worse.
Was looking at our last ten and that season under Kenny after he took over ends really well. You want to see something but here we are 2 months on and we are still finding it highly amusing
I believe Hodgson had 20 league games with us, and 25 points, for a total of 1.25 points per game.
Still well ahead of Amorim.
Would calling him Royben Hogmorim be an insult to Uncle Woy?
Is he angling to take over?
Obviously heâs a way better player and greater legend than Ole-at-the-wheels so what can go wrong?
Rooney today is a more likely candidate for a heart attack than he is for becoming manager at Utd.
Managing United will be one way to get himself a heart attack.
I think the better managers for United would be the guy whoâve got the worse results. Atleast among the last 4 hires.
For example
Ole < ETH < Rangnick< Amorim.
Maybe would rate Rangnick ahead of Amorim.
The great thing is that theyâve spent a billion pounds on players, the stadium is falling apart and theyâve no PSR wriggle room to do another squad overhaul.
So they appoint a âsystemâ manager who everyone could see would need to rebuild the squad to even stand a chance of his system being effective.
Itâs really impressive stuff.
My first thought when I saw him on the telly yesterday was âyou fat bastardâ.
Yes, but the question was comparing each managerâs first 16 league games.
Maybe closing the canteen will get them a new wing back?
I guess I just wanted to make the point that even with Hodgson getting worse before he got fired, he still performed better than AmorimâŚ
But he had far better players - Utd donât have anyone comparable to Gerrard and Torres, and even a declining Reina was far superior to Onana.
Torres was shite at that point. Couldnât hit the side of a bus, which is why he was sold off to Chelsea.

Whaddya reckon?
Trying to get the
âYou guys are so screwed nowâ gif in that Avengers movie.

Torres was shite at that point. Couldnât hit the side of a bus, which is why he was sold off to Chelsea.
He had 9 league goals by the time he left in January, which is actually pretty remarkable given how poorly he was being used. Torres was definitely not the problem
Closest I could find.
