When the shit hits the fan, and they've got the wrong man, that's Scamorim! (Part 3)

Leo’s reaction…

“Yep.”

Keep giving him stupid salaries and face the consequences.

The latter part is incredibly sad, though.

A reminder that Trey has never actually been right about anything.

I did follow for comical effect at one point.

The Pull is indeed real.

That’s why Sancho decided to stay for the pay package at United instead of resurrecting his career at Chelsea.

Bruno has decided not to head to Saudi and will stick around to entertain @SBYM instead?

Is there a definitive post here ?

Just want to be the guy who posts that

Bruno is staying , you lot aren’t getting mbuemo and you’re still lumped up with the Sancho wages.

I am officially posting they will have to how resell Cunha and Mbuemo to afford Bruno

I read that they were number 1 and 2 in the league last year in terms of non-penalty expected goal over-performance. Basically how many more goals from open play did they score than they were expected to based on the opportunities they had.

Superficially that seems like it identifies them as being great. In statistical terms this is a stat that screams out that a reversion to the mean is incoming, and that people who are buying such players are doing at the very top of an inflated valuation

I thought one of the big issues they had was one a lack of creative ability in the final third (they were heavily reliant on Bruno, so teams would look to shut him down) and when they did have chances, their forwards would often fluff them. If they keep Bruno, I would think the addition of Cunha and another forward more reliable than Hoiland and Zirkzee will see them be more of a threat to other teams and score more frequently.

Knowing United , they’ll still find a way to fuck up.

Bryan Mbeumo after 3 months at Manchester Utd…

So true! 🤣🤣

What’s their mean, by the way? I wonder if Cunha and Fernandes will be running into each other, given that they were the two main men in their respective teams that ended last season in unenviable league positions. Mbeumo is one that worries me, though. He’s a reliable player, one their side desperately needs. Not flashy, not crazy, not petulant, just hard working and effective.

3 months? I’d give it 3 weeks

The same reason as everybody else who joins them. Moolah!

Brentford and Cameroon forward Bryan Mbeumo, 25, is hoping for wages of £250,000 a week - five times his current wage - if he joins Manchester United . (Times - subscription required)
