Wonder how long it will be before he’s considered ‘rehabilitated’ and a PL club goes in for him?
Don’t think so. United could have made a big case for him to be brought back. If they have backed out , don’t see any other PL club getting him.

Nope. The outrage would be far too much. The only other team that would have a go is Arsenal with Arteta, seeing as how they defended Partey
