I find it strange they called out Arnold for comming off her line, but the 6th French penalty were the player stopped mid run up was deemed ok

France were the better team, but mentality and crowd got Aus through.
1st half yes, France were the better team, 2nd half I would say the Tillies were the ones that looked more likely to score.
Didn’t see the extra time as I was making breakfast so only caught the final few minutes of it, so not sure how that panned out - other than seeing that it remained 0-0 in the end.
The VAR decision to retake the penalty when Arnold came off her line, yet allowed the French stop-start penalty is something that needs clarifying as the rules state once you start your run up, you can’t stop. So why was that penalty not retaken?
