I think they got upto a par score. The overs by Thakur helped them quite a bit.
300 would have been a fighting total; 270-280 was bare minimum.

280 would have been a very good score. 250-260 par.
Shouldnât get carried away by the start the openers gave.
Also this pitch in Pune often does a bit more under lights, thereâs that factor to consider as well.
Pitch is flat, boundaries short, India bat deep and strong.
Theyâll knock off 250 without problems.

Well every game is a final for us. For us to make the top 4, we are likely going to need to beat any other top 4 contender on points, as those two initial losses murdered our run rate.
Our tournament ends, or is given a breath of life tonight against Pakistan.
Nothing to fear from Pakistan. They are too inconsistent.
They often look to bounce back from a defeat really strongly. And they might do that vs aussies.
Depends on which Pak turn up.
Their bowling frankly (despite what pundits say) is bleh. They donât have a good spinner which is surprising as the best Pakistan sides always had great spinners. Pakistanâs batting was always not upto par and the same continues in this world cup but itâs their bowlers which are not nearly as good as what people make them out to be.
Shaheen seems to have lost his form, Rauf is a wayward speed merchant and the third bowler is bleh.
