As long as he has an Andy Lonergan/ Alex Manninger type of role, then it’s ok.
His overconfidence, while it gets him into trouble, is also a bonus as he can instantly forget the inevitable howler he will make (with Karius, it’s the opposite).
Adrian is fine as 3rd choice,just hope Kelleher stays as 2.
Not keen on the alternative scenario Adrian 2 and one of the kids as 3.

All these reports of Adrian staying reminded me about my opinion on Milner back during the TIA days. I remember posting that it would be easy to replace Milner on the pitch, but almost impossible to do so in the training pitch. With our move to Kirkby, it makes it even more important to have someone like Milner training every day where the young lads may be able to watch him and make note of what it takes to be a top footballer with such a longevity.
While Adrian and Milner have had contrasting success on the field, it seems like they are almost equally respected by the training staff and the players.
If that is the case, I wouldn’t mind having someone like Adrian in our ranks to ensure the likes of Kevin, Jaros and Pitaluga learn the trade from him and improvise as they grow.
