Al-Sandcastle - the sportswashing barcodes

Newcastle United in its current form is a sportswashing vehicle for Saudi Arabia.

So anyone who joins them has, in my opinion at least, “sold their soul”.

as a 17 year old kid…deciphering the world politcal stage and making a decision on concious…nah…

hed be just looking at his own football journey…

Henderson, Mane, Benzema…et al…i can agree with, theyd made enough money from the game to make that decision…i think a seventeen year old at least gets the benefit of the doubt for his motivations for signing for NUFC circa 2025

Just 10 ways???

Also, I hate the way the UAE somehow always manages to avoid the flack.

Does it?

Not on this forum.

But Qatar :qatar: was regularly criticized during the World Cup, and Saudi Arabia :saudi_arabia: often makes the headlines. I don’t find UAE :united_arab_emirates: often. They are some vile people.

They are just good at hushing things down.

They’ve been in a charm offensive in the west for fifty years now. They have far deeper roots here than the newcomers.
