New hairstyle for Gordon
:0)
I know they had their own issues (though not as much as last season, when they had a lot of injuries), but really, theyâre not really where they would like to be or âshouldâ be, either?
Very inconsistent this season. Capable of competing with the very best sides on their day, but then theyâre also losing a lot of games.

Athletic had an article today that flagged the problems stemming from their purchases up front last summer - they have been picking Gordon over both who havenât started for over about 6 weeks - and the lack of a consistent keeper.
I guess that by buying their key player, the one thing we have done is remove from the table the threat of them finishing ahead of us.
They did that shift with Gordon up top before also. And have been using Woltemade more as an attacking midfielder or second striker recently.
I think that is more because of how they went about the sale, rather than them actually doing it. Their messing around cost them their top targets leaving them to bring in Wissa and Woltemade late on, who for whatever reason are not currently trusted. Had they agreed to sell Isak much sooner they probably would have had a fantastic chance at landing Ekitike.
Newcastle United are at serious risk of breaching Uefaâs financial rules because they cannot use profits claimed from selling the leasehold on their St Jamesâ Park stadium to a sister company.
We probably could have gotten Isak for a (relative) pittance this summer. FFS
Theyâre in 12th. I dont think they have that much to worry about regarding the stricter UEFA version of the rule.
Looks like Bayern have agreed personal terms with Gordon.
Saudi PIF in talks with potential investors to fund Newcastle United plans, sources say
Saudi Arabiaâs sovereign wealth fund PIF is in talks with investors over them taking a minority stake in Newcastle United as part of its fundraising âplans for the Premier League clubâs stadium, three people familiar with the matter said.
Yeah its an under covered story, but they made big promises about extensive improvements to NUFCâs infrastructure when they first came in and none of it has happened.
This was part of the argument Isak made to them last summer - you sold us on a project and its no where to be seen. You clearly need investment so let me go so I can go somewhere that lives up to their promises and you reinvest that money
Oh my word, that is another terrible kit from AdidasâŚ

I just scanned that shirt through a barcode reader and it says Alexander Isak RRP ÂŁ250m Sportswashing Direct price ÂŁ120m
It would take a very big mug to pay those prices though ⌠Oh wait
Itâs actually a bar codeâŚ
Aside from Arsenal fans, who outdid them this season, Newcastle fans have been the most obnoxious in recent times.
Hopefully their miserable season, finishing below arch rivals Sunderland will put their gas at a peep.
