Erm…
You’re a very naughty boy for editing my post like that.
I didn’t edit it, I just shortened it
Isn’t the opposite supposed to happen?
You owe me a face mask.
I laughed so hard that I spewed saliva into it.
Having paid to watch Big Sam vs Alan Pardew and then Pardew vs Pullis in the same season I’m not going take my loathing of those managers in a different dimension.
One was a thunderous Monday night as well *

They will have problems trying to keep top stars in Newcastle, Ginola didn’t stay long.
Looks like Mourinho is getting ready to take the Newcastle job
I would honestly be elated if he did that, but I’m sure Staveley said something about being competitive in 5 years? Jose will take them forward during years 1 and 2 at significant cost and with lots of drama, then take them backwards through year 3, leaving them about 5 years behind being competitive when he does leave. Works for me. Love Jose and his mad antics!
Jose is so past it nowadays, so at that point, bring it on!
They would actually be much better advised getting a fella who has a vision and can grow with it. Someone like Rodgers, although I expect he will be after one of the Manchester jobs when they become available.
I don’t even think Jose can do the three year cycle anymore
He’s on a three month cycle with pre-wash and fast spin
With that sort of thorough laundering he sounds like a perfect fit.
think Mourinho would be a perfect fit for them.
Hopefully any coach appointed by them will take as much time as possible before the Saudis lose interest and look to divest from the club.
I would think after watching the financial appreciation of clubs like Liverpool and Man City after their recent purchases, I cannot see them walking away from it any faster than Mansour would from Citeh. If nothing else, it’s a pretty new toy to dump their wealth into.
true , as I said… it’s wishful thinking on my behalf.
Just something I wish would happen… If they get criticized enough and called out on their politics enough , and then they do not progress much in the football matters etc… Could happen I suppose especially if they create a political situation where the UK govt is obliged to act against SA
Also Mansour is rather more business in his dealings. He is a fan of football and has invested in many clubs. With MBS , its clear cut sportwashing. You’ve got to look at their efforts in f1 and wwe to see what this is going to be lile3
