That’s okay, they’re needed to lead an expedition to the Western portion of North America after the recent Louisiana Purchase…
Oh very nice indeed
Oh yeh, Lewis and Clark! It took me a while, but I got there in the end.
Lascelles seems to be not popular among the newcastle supporters (the consensus being that he’s having a bad season this year)
Dubravka
Trippier Schar Burn Targett
Guimares Shelvey
Joelinton Almiron St Maximin
Wood
This seems a better team using both Guimares and Shelvey as double #6.
Immediately looks like a team which can avoid relegation. There is some bench strength there as well. Hope both them and bitters take each other out and get relegated.
Why even bother keeping them at the club then? Surely a loan out would have been preferable?
I was going more by what they’ve been playing lately, not what I would do. Joelinton’s been converted into between a LCM and a #10, depending if they’re with or without the ball. Fraser on the right to provide the balance with Maximin on the left. We’ll see who of the CB drop out, maybe Burn doesn’t even enter and cement himself.
It is a bit odd, you would think some club would have taken them on a 6 month loan.
I know we’ve got Karius in a similar situation but he is a goalie that’s punctured his way through loan deals. If I was him I’d look for a modelling career.
Robin Gosens on the offer he had from Newcastle: ‚I could have financially secured the next few generations of my family with the money they offered’
And by that time you’ll be out on loan at some club because Newcastle will have stepped up on the quality they are buying.
Really would love this lot to collaspe.
That’s why I want them to lose against Everton, so they go down. But hang on, I also want them to win tomorrow, so Everton go down.
They both kick off the fans riot the PL throw the book at them both and they get massive points deductions job done.
I’m picking Newcastle over Everton.
Even though in 5 years they’ll basically be another Man City / PSG
The expectations are asymmetric. Newcastle fans don’t really expect a win versus Everton, though they might have a chance. For Everton, a loss to Newcastle will emphatically drag them into the relegation fight they are now still just on the edge of.
It will be interesting, if both Newcastle and Watford win tonight.
Throw in a Burnley win to make it all very tight for the last three spots on the table. Burnley in 20th would be a game back of Everton with a game in hand.
You have just got @PeachesEnRegalia reaching for the nearest pot noodle.
Just shows how shite that bottom 5 are.
I’m hoping for a Newcastle victory.
Everton and Newcastle draw, Watford and Burnley wins is the ideal scenario for me.
I’m burning no candle for Newcastle, but I didn’t mind seeing Everton lose.
