He’s a club mouthpiece, and yesterday he didn’t say that there was no contact, but that there was no agreement in place.
Brighton fans hate him because he has track record of doing that same thing, caveating information to suit the narrative Brighton want. He did the same thing last year with Cucarella, I believe. Still, if he puts information out it’s done with the ok from Brighton.
