Vast majority are but on this occasion no. Iāve never known a goalkeeper pick up so many injuries hes missed 17 games this number would have been a lot more if the lockdown hadnāt happened.

Two things, if he had COVID, he wouldnāt be allowed anywhere near Spire. Secondly, I doubt he would have been with Milner also. Itās more likely, heās gone for a scan.

Most of our players are injury prone. I guess we end up selling Ox, Shaq, Matip, Gomez, Thiago, Alisson, Keita, and then some with whom many are never impressed like Adrian, Minamino, Neco Williams, etc. and others who might be having final years with us like Gini, Milly. What then? Buy a whole new team again while ensuring all are world class never injured players? Even VVD is being feared to never be the same again.
I was kidding when I said sell Thiago in Jan yesterday, but sadly there are many who actually believe in such quick āhelp us now or fck offā strategy for the players. Any club would bite our hands off if we offer them Alisson now. Heck almost any other club would love to be in our position despite the injuries we are having this season.
And that hasnāt happened because we kept replacing players within a year. There has been a lot of background work, players treated as family, given time to prove themselves and believed in no matter what they are going through. Not moving them as resources when they arenāt useful anymore. I seriously hope we give our players and thereby Klopp the time to do what he is doing and be patient with ALL our players.
