Alisson BECKER: 2024/25

That was one of my faves as well along with the one that bounced infront of him that he held.

Plus 1 assist.
That immediate aftermath was my favourite.
He ran all the way across the pitch, slide on his kness and rise to embrace Mo. Gold!

Let’s hope we don’t have to play that useless 2nd choice 'keeper who cost us the League Cup /s

Probably good news in the fact he is flying home. After all he isn’t going play the second game.

Collided with Sanchez on international duty over 2 weeks ago now, have we given a precise timeframe on any player who’s been injured this season? Looks like we’re working extra cautiously (even beyond protocols) in the medical department to ensure players are 100% before coming back…or being allowed back in team training.

One thing’s for sure, we defo could’ve used him out there today.

As someone said in the inmatch thread, you don’t joke with concussions. They can fuck you up pretty bad, in weird ways, and for much longer than you can imagine.

So for Alisson’s sake, I hope we’re extra cautious beyond protocols before he’s back on the field.

It makes me laugh when you hear Legoman, Ange and the media all complaining about injuries.

If Ali had been fit all season, we would already have the league wrapped up. He’s different class.

Exactly the fact we are probably going win this at the gap we are and he missed about 3 months says how good we’ve been.
