I’m at Anfield on Sat night for the Foo Fighters gig…hope to get there a bit earlier and check out the new murals around the place and the Jota memorial. Never been to Anfield on a non-match day!

I saw the Foos last Saturday, on pitch. Was a nice experience seeing what the players see.
Kop was full behind us.

Was hoping for a Germany match at Anfield with Klopp in charge. That’s why I looked it up.
Guess I have to settle for Hill Dickinson Stadium or Virgil van Dijk Stadium a I prefer to call it

Didn’t even know about this as I have never been to the tour. Why would the club listen to Carragher on picking the opposition best 11 and have their kit hanged on the dressing room for the tour, with the red manc kit hanged in there? I agree with that they should be removed.

" I played a lot of games in my career, but one game will always be my nightmare, going to Anfield with a 3 goals lead and then getting knocked out was unbelievable!
I remember that night very well, Liverpool came for war, from the first minute, they pressed like monsters, we made a mistake of allowing the crowd to get into our heads!
In blink of an eye, we were 3-0 down, the game was out of our control, the crowd was getting louder as minutes passed, we got confused and at the end lost.
That moment at Anfield away dressing room after the game was like a funeral nobody wanted to talk, it took me weeks to move on from that defeat, I will never forget that day, Anfield was like Hell to us!"
