I heard about the massive delays in fans going into the stadium sometime last season, but did not know about that it was related to full search during entry.

Yes, part of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, commonly known as Martyn’s Law.
I’m not overly familiar with it, but it doesn’t appear to be that well thought through. Most stadiums are built with rapid evacuation in mind rather than entry.

I read somewhere that if LFC don’t play a Scouser in the first team this season, it will be 134yrs since that last happened. At the moment, the only chance we have of prolonging this record, is if Jayden Danns gets a game… so don’t be sending him out on loan just yet eh

Apparently not… As you know parts of Wirral/Chester baulk at the thought of being called Scouser’s and vice-versa. It’s probably why Mickie Owens was never classed as ‘one of us’…

Although Rushie was, and they are both from Flint.
I think the Wirral thing is more of an urban/rural split. Birkenhead and Wallasey are minutes from Liverpool City Centre, but West Kirby and Heswall are somewhere in the 19th Century.

I’m happy we are using our youth system regardless where they were born. There is one person who stunted that.
Perhaps his biggest failure.
