Do you have another argument. It seems not 1st of Jan 25 to 1st 26 61 games played 31 wins. In that period with had conceded 3 or more goals 10 times.Which include a run of 3 or more goals conceded in 3 consecutive game the first time since the 60s. We have kept 20 clean sheets in those 61 games and conceded 80 goals.

Yeah we really are spolied 5 wins league since September and only winning 52% of our games in 2025 and have suffered some turgid football.

I am starting to feel like I am spoiled brat feeling entitled that we should win every game and not expect the opposition to put up a fight.
But it is what we are seeing on the pitch that I find soul destroying.
I enjoyed the 1st half against Burnley it looked like we were learning and apart from sticking the ball in the back of the net I thought we looked like beating our achilles heel. Then the 2nd half happened and we reverted to type, boring, unimaginative and slow build up with no energy and allowed Burnley back in to it.

Now thats strawmanning if I have ever seen it. Nobody has slated last years title win because we aren’t winning it this year.
Its more the fact we aren’t even in the discussion 14 points off the top 10 points off 3rd.

Sounds very much you’re disparaging the title to me. Not to mention you saying “is that the only argument you’ve got” when some points to that title as evidence that we haven’t got worse ever since he’s been here.
We all know our current record, doesn’t change the fact he deserves credit for winning a title. Saying “is that it?” comes across as spoiled.
Once again show me where i have discredited title win you cant so you fall back to the I believe.
At this point, does last year’s title really factor into our analysis of Slot’s viability going forward? I don’t think so.
If Slot hadn’t won the title last year, he would have been sacked already. The title has saved him thus far. But it won’t going forward if the results continue.

When some points out he won the title and your response is “Do you have another argument?” you come across as if winning the title isn’t something that he deserves huge credit for.
Maybe you don’t mean it that way but that is how it comes across.
I think maybe it’s time I take a break from this place. Until he inevitably goes this place is just going to get more hostile and less enjoyable. I get enough misery from watching the football, it’s probably healthy not to extend that into talking about it too.

Agreed, whether he would have been sacked is another thing, I think for many it is the disrespect that some show to a title winning manager, especially taking into what occurred pre season and many players being well off last years level.

5th in the PL will qualify for the CL. Last two seasons the team on 5th place finished with 66 points.
We are currently on course to finish with 59 points.
