Thing is they were all on Holiday last week, maybe it’s Slot’s New tactic.

Besides, it’s better for them to relax and unwind for as long as possible, so they’ll be fresh and ready to go at the start of the next season.

Thing is it’s boiling hot here and Bootle Swimming baths doesn’t have quite the same pull.
Thing is, is this that different from those usual mid season breaks that usually derail our season.
Slot is doing it post winning, we don’t know if he said the lads the earlier you win it the earlier we get some rest.

I hear your point, but going to Dubai doesn’t come through as very professional. Their holidays are in a few days, then they can do what they want. Until then, they should stay around Liverpool, and focus on the next game, although in a relaxed way if they need to.
It’s not that I want to throw the first stone at them, they have worked really hard to become champions. It’s just that it seems wrong to me to show themselves off as if they were in holidays already, when it is not the case yet.

I’d like this to be a quite experimental team and Slot has the ability to try a few things out without worrying too much about the result.
Salah is starting as he chases down the 30/20 season. I also think Elliott, Endo and Quansah start, and it would be nice to see Chiesa get some time.
