He is fast, strong, good in the air, good in the one on one. He has done a couple of interceptions tonight. There’s an awful lot to like, and he should go on to be a main defender for years to come.
But fair comment. Composure needs to improve. Van Dijk was even pointing to the other side for where he should have passed it!

Trent plays like Thiago in keeping possession and not playing the obvious pass, however, like Thiago, they do give the odd bad ball away in poor positions, you have to take the rough with the smooth. It is irksome though and does appear lazy
Think Taki has been lively since he can on as well.
But if a slow start, but excellent performance all the way around by the end of the game.
