I’ve worked 90 hours a week for over 25 years.
But, after 4 weeks I would then get 4 weeks off.
Did it for 6 weeks during Covid, that was much harder.
To do those kind of hours consistently, with just minimal days off would be very unhealthy.

Apart from when I had a Saturday job as a student, I’ve never worked anything other than Mon-Fri, 9-5.
I couldn’t ever go back to working 46 weeks a year.
The most appealing thing about my work pattern is having 6 months a year off.

I read the article. Didn’t know he is married to Holly Valance (Holly Candy) the former Neighbors actress, who had a brief pop career, and then was in CSI. She did quite well for herself, career wise, but then had a hiatus after marrying him. They have two kids.
