Fashion thread? Pink manbag?
Fat-shaming Chiesa was my theory.
For blatant trolling about his Nazi idol.
He was adamant that he wasn’t trolling (naturally), but if so, that only makes it worse.
Textbook Muskfan.

Thank you, Tesla. I am honoured to own a car that needlessly drove itself into a lamppost.
This lot would wank themselves into the gulags for Musk.
I can’t quite decide whether that is a parody or not.
Apparently, it’s a thing.
I’m just curious as to why crash avoidance didn’t stop it dead. Or is that only an EU thing?
Unnecessary regulations, red tape stifling innovation etc
It has been reported that the pole ran out in front of him…
That car is soo ugly it gets depressed and décides to have a facelift. Just imo.
I think I may have discovered why people are so fawning about Tesla when their products catastrophically fuck up:
Once again, I completely fail to understand how people can buy a Tesla. They are ugly as fuck, expensive, unpractical and as proven once again here, outright dangerous. And yet, people seem to fall in for them.
It’s a bit in the same category of me wondering why so many people voted for Trump, against their own best interests…
Cult mentality. That’s about all there it is to it. I get why people first started buying Teslas, but these days it’s more about making a statement rather than owning the car.
Thing that gets me is look at the lamp post and look at the super duper US Commando, navy seal, WWE, rock hard Tesla truck.
Well, you can see why it would run into trouble with the NCAP tests, because the body has lost structure and the doors have completely distorted.
I did hear some reports that Tesla tweak their software for the NCAP tests. I’m wondering whether the crash avoidance systems are disabled when it is running in self-driving mode?
Nearly. You got one letter wrong.
Absolutely no idea.
I understand crumple zones etc. on cars and how it disperses some pretty massive impact loads but I’m a bit surprised that the damage to the column is not that severe.
Yes, I see what you mean. You would at least have expected it to be knocked over if not bent.
They can be quite whippy when hit in my experience (stray lorry wheel hit one near where I was working on the M4, bit scary that one) but they will buckle.
That one is just dented and maybe leaning a bit.
