About time. These places are operating in plain sight of everyone with no apparent customers…we have at least 6 of these barbers within a couple of miles radius including 3 in the main high street.

Well a solar storm could do that, but there has actually been a lull in activity over the last few days.
With no knowledge or proof of the situation, my mind instantly goes to Russia when I see stuff like this. They are engaged in asymmetric warfare against the west like this sort of thing. Need to give them some back.
