I am happy for Harry Kane to win a trophy. He is such a talented footballer and lovely guy. He deserves it.

Yeah well said, it was fun while it lasted and it lasted a long time.

He does seem to be a nice chap, but disliked on here, I think mainly due to how he is/was treated differently by English refs as he was the England captain and could do no wrong.

I thought that goal he tried to claim once soured my opinion of him. Fine try and claim it but don’t try and swear you touched it on your daughter’s life. He was probably too thick to realise what it meant but he evidently was nowhere near it.

Florian Wirtz has agreed terms with Bayern…

Do you think that makes the most sense for him?

I was thinking that Real Madrid with the Alonso impact may have helped, but perhaps he sees a future where he could still move there in 3-4 years and still be only 26, and obviously with Alonso, who knows how long he’ll last there. With Man City, Guardiola will depart at some point, and with the charges, I don’t think his parents would advise on that. So for me, it makes sense for Wirtz to join Bayern at this moment in time, but curious as to what you think since you know far more about German football.

Unfortunately I think it’s a good move for him and pretty sure he would stay there for the very long term.

With Wirtz and Musiala Bayern should be able to dominate the league again. Also Harry Kane surely has two more very good years in him.

I know it’s too early, but any idea who will succeed Alonso?

What a surprise who would have thought….and the start of the Leverkusen bleeding.

My guess would be Sandro Wagner. Assistant to Julian Nagelsmann for the national team who confirmed his departure in the summer a few days ago.

Several wounded, and one heavily injured, currently between life and death.

These pitch invasions are dangerous.

That being said, I’m glad that Hamburg are back. Such a huge, football-friendly city deserves to have their biggest football club back in the first tier. With Sankt-Pauli, there will be two next season. Nice.

Bundesliga season about to finish in a few minute.

Dortmund saved their season by reaching the Top4.

Biggest surprise is probably that Leipzig didn’t even qualify for the Conference League. Will be interesting to see how man players they have to sell.

Good to see two former Klopp teams get Europe.

I do hope they don’t become Neverkusen, again.

I appreciate I’m really late to this thread, but how is it a club from a fictitious place can be in the cup final?

They’re really desperate to prove it’s a real place huh, going to the extent of propelling them to the DFB-Pokal Final?

I assume it has nothing going for it.

If it existed in the first place.

Apparently I’ve been to ‘Bielefeld’, but remember nothing about it.
