Well it is in your name in case you’ve forgotten.
But that does tend to happen when you get old

I want to know what Ken Barlow is doing. Wasn’t he part of the plan to win the Champions League? Or was it Deidre? I’m a good couple of decades out of touch on Coronation Street.
Be interesting to see Madrid line up before our 1st game and for the Barca game between.
Both of which madrid cannot field a weakened team
Yeah, but we also have important games in the league now.
Ye but we aren’t missing any key defenders.
Oh wait…
We’re in our own predicament, but Madrid without Ramos is a very different prospect than Madrid with Ramos.
I don’t think it helps us. Imagine how motivated our players would have been seeing him lining up on the other side. If anything I’d say it’s advantageous to them.
I appreciate what you mean, but if they aren’t motivated by playing in a Champions League quarter final they shouldn’t be here.
If Ramos is really out, it’ll be a big loss for them. He’s Henderson’s counterpart although less influential and a ton more cuntish.
Of course it’s a loss for them.
Other than that, some players are scheduled for a return in coming days (of their starting players, Carvajal and Kroos).
I suspect 2 positions are open for them.
Courtois, Carvajal, Varane, Nacho, Mendy, Casemiro, Modric, Kroos, xxx, xxx, Benzema.
I think one might be Valverde, to add a bit of solidity to the right side. And then the other position might be Asensio or Vinicius (depending on what formation they go with also).
I agree with both of yuz! Mo particularly will be feeling robbed but there are still battles ahead all over the pitch we can’t win unless we want it more than them.
Hear from the guy himself
Former Liverpool player tells Will Unwin about his goal against Spanish club before their latest clash, silencing Old Trafford and a managerial dream
Ramos might be back for second leg.
We’ll already by 5 up by then
@ISMF this thread should be here #the-cruyff-turn Thanks
Real with a changed formation for today.
They’ve started the game like this:
Oh Christmas tree
Oh Christmas tree
How lovely are your branches
No Ramos, no hazard.
No Ramos, no hazard.
I see what you did there
Not surprised about anything tonight to be honest.
Yes - we were worse than I expected.
But Real are technically brilliant, they adore pressing sides, big occasions, huge experience and winning mentality, when people write them off slightly and tonight they pressed us better than we pressed them.
But ever since the draw I was left a little bit confused where exactly did we get this confidence from? Good draw? Slight favourites? Really?
Let’s for a moment pause and think what do we really expect with Nat Phillips at CB and Kabak. There are certain levels.
Just like there is also a cure for pressing. Pressing is not the only way of playing these days. We sometimes forget that. We may not like Real, Perez, Zidane, Ramos. But one thing you have to say it’s a bunch of technically outstanding players. Zidane is not Guardiola or Klopp, but they’re not tactically inept. It’s a special club, what can you do.
We can hurt teams like Real on certain days (not like we had a million of them), but they played games like these about a hundred times in the last 10 years or so in Europe.
I believe we have a chance, but this is all what I expected. We were not massive underdogs, but we were certainly not favourites. And we’ll probably get knocked out at this point. Hopefully not. We can’t always rely on a return leg at Anfield. It can’t happen every time, it didn’t happen every time.
