Championship and Football League

I thought he did but wasn’t sure as he has played for quite a few clubs around there. Maybe that’s why he was targeted?

Going with a trial for trying to injure someone. He deserves a sentence.

I hope that Billy Sharp is ok? That was brutal.

He did injure someone, Sharp needed stitches apparently. That’s assault occasioning actual bodily harm, minimum charge. Depending on how bad his injury is, it could be a more serious charge.

They should also charge him with entering the pitch area, which is also a criminal offence by the way. Charge him with every offence he may have committed, just to fuck him up.

The pitch invasion thing is getting to be boring. It used to be a spontaneous eruption of emotion after a huge event such as avoiding relegation on GD after a final second goal.

Now Forest fans are invading the pitch for a win the semi-final of the playoffs? No thanks, grow up.

Already has been an arrest, so not going to comment on the legal side.

But even without any court/police involvement, shit like this needs a lifetime ban from all grounds

This is good to see and we need more of this sort of role modelling. Well done Marvin Ekpiteta and of course Jake Daniels again.

Fucking ridiculous how quick some things get pushed through, but then other legal matters drag on and fucking on

He pleaded guilty which helps but then yeah this seems quick, 10 years should be lifetime ban.

Sunderland-Wycombe on in a bit.

Just for that taxi driver in the series, I’m hoping for a Sunderland win!

Sunderland up 1-0, with help from the Wycombe keeper.

A significant portion of the population of Sunderland must be in Wembley.

Congratulations Black Cats  :vulcan_salute:. I remember Henderson used to attend their games after signing for Liverpool.

Has any of the Sunderland fans shat in the stands yet?

They actually were a fairly solid side this season. Not sure if the jump to Championship improves their purchasing power, but even holding status quo they should be at least competitive

Delighted to see Forest return to the top flight. Another club more decorated than City…

Wonder if Huddersfield will complain about the refereeing… What a Jon Moss way to retire.
