Hopefully the third team isn’t Sheffield United they are as dull as Burnley.

Personally, I think it may not be a bad idea, even if it seems to be harsh.
He’s a great manager in the Championship and very good at getting teams promoted, but his record a Premier League level is something that should be alarming Leeds fans and the board.

Every club/team/manager is a different case, but I feel the gap between the PL and everything below is starting to get too big.

Norwich didn’t give him enough.
At this point. It’s not about the managers. It’s about the owners. If the owners are more than happy to keep flip flopping between the PL and then taking advantage of the parachute payments the next season. There really isn’t anything that can be done.
Unless someone does a Forest and simply spend their way into the mid table.
Teams like Burnley , Leicester , Southampton will milk this formula for the foreseeable future. As the gap between PL and the “too good for PL parachute clubs” is almost as big as the gap between the parachute clubs and the rest of the Championship.
Not the football league but Truro have become the first Cornish club to enter the top 5 leagues of football and will play National League football next season.

Newcastle - Sunderland was one PL fixture I did my best not to miss, so I hope Sunderland go up. Amazing stadium and great atmosphere. They did take a few points off Liverpool that I’ll not forget in a hurry but still…

Horrible day. Also one of the rare times under Rafa that we played 3 at the back. Spearing started in midfield.
