Chelsea v Liverpool | PL Matchday 30 | Tuesday April 4th 20:00

Good, the players can eat during the game. Nice bacon sarnie then.

I noticed in the Everton game yesterday they had a break to get a couple of sport gels down them.

As for this game, it is impossible to say what will happen, as we have no consistency. It would be no surprise whatsoever to win 3-0, lose 3-0, or draw 3-3.

I don’t think a new manager bounce is a factor here, as Chelsea have so many managers that at any given time they are on a new manager bounce.

If you look at their team, and especially squad, they are way off where they should be in the league. And so are we. So who knows what will happen?

I still hold on to the possibility, albeit faint, that top four hasn’t completely gone.

Many of us are jaded this term, and I get that. But sod it.

It’s Liverpool, and it is game on, against Chelsea. YNWA.

Ok, Joe for Milly, other than that the previous was true.

Carvalho on the bench…

Harvey injured or dropped?

Funny, I was just thinking during/after City how I’d love to see Trent and Virgil benched for a game or two. Is something wrong with Virgil, since he’s not even on the bench?

Salah, Trent, Robbo, VVD, Harvey all dropped??

He’s celebrating his birthday ox doing security.

VVD illness apparently

Happy to give Jones a chance, he did really well for England the other week. Looked fit and strong

Trent, Robbo and VVD definitely dropped. Harvey double dropped. Mo maybe a Ramadan decision.

Naby taking care of first aid?

Man Studge looks ready to play.

Like to see Arthur Melo get some minutes tonight.

Wouldn’t have guessed that line up in a month of Sundays.

Klopp really putting his neck on the block here and we need to see something more from those he’s brought in but there’s a few square pegs in round holes and some unusual combos.

Can’t say I hold out much hope.

this will be probably our slowest midfield in terms of ball movement… even milly is quicker than jones

Seems like game management of the players more than a “shake up”.
