i was totally unimpressed when Mrs bought our son a switch (albeit, a first-gen) when he turned 11. She justified it because of our travels in January with 12hrs of flights each way, and that kinda made sense.

I’ve played every iteration of this back to the original, and I gotta say that I’ve zero interest in this new one.
Am just waiting to see when they come out with a VR version. I got to experience some new stuff when I last did a tour with my friend at EA Vancouver and it’s pretty exciting to see what they’re playing with. But we’ll see what the Saudi’s do to that place.
I have a steamdeck that I share with my kid, great for emulation, it’s basically a computer so you can install what you want on it.
I don’t care much about AAA games or whatever is the fancy thing of the day.
