Only issue is her boss was working for the people who paid him and her.
Having said that, I suspect there are 50% who agree with you. So I’m wrong right away. As usual.

We have years to wait
unless a miracle vote of no confidence happens against the government .
not really, i understand where you are coming from. Just that , The JD for her role was defined by Trump, And she probably did a great job according to her boss. Doesn’t matter who pays her salary at the end of the day… Yes, We all want people with some ethics about their job, but when the President is trump, ethics fly out of the window
Sorry. I know where you’re coming from. I was being obtuse.
Nah, You are looking at it the wrong way, It’s got to be starting with Trump and his family. Maybe Crazy Betsy with her batshit ideas on education comes there , but the shit starts at the top under this administration…
Trump
Pence
Ivanka/Jared
…
Not the rank and file workers here
Another flagged tweet
not doing anything (which is what exactly Joe Biden’s adminstration can do if the GOP continue to block his bills in the senate and then the conservative supreme court) , is still better than Trump.
At worst , It will be a lameduck Obama 2nd term , at best , There can be some consensus made if Biden can reach across party lines and drag the GOP’s more central and ofcourse the Democrats too
He’s hearing footsteps. Letitia James’ footsteps to be specific.
That GA senate run-off is very important.
The thing I worry about is that Biden did shake hands with a lot of powerful conservatives. And they’ll be fine with the status quo until a 2024 election where they can run a less Trump Trump. So to me, Biden has to help the country before we reach that year. And he cannot ignore the many progressives who also got him here and have ideas to offer.
Tough balancing act coming.
Far too many dodgy employees to sift through in the Trump orbit. But three in particular stick out to me:
Barr
Miller
Scott Atlas
Barr - serious man doing a serious job, but massively damaging the country and undermining the rule of law, as he acts like a lawyer for Trump, rather than the Attorney General of the United States.
Miller - nasty man. Done more than most to coarsen and spoil good will in politics.
Atlas - massive disinformation, undermining COVID response. He’s a doctor (not the right sort, but still, a medical doctor) and he is a political hatchet man for Trump, botching COVID and putting many thousands of lives in danger.
I could keep going with the list, but these three stand out to me. Many of the others are opportunists who are doing what Trump wants them to do, and they are lower level people.
The lazy eyed hound who used to be press secretary, or the recently made over and airbrushed adviser… no marks, both bad, but they are more of the talking head class, rather than truly influential in damaging norms and hollowing out the country.
Leeds had a chance to draw the audience away from CNN which is keeping viewers glued by not calling it. But now Leeds is handing the 3 points to CNN.
Really top post. Separates annoyances from rightful indignations. Lot of sense in it.
Fired 3 agency heads yesterday, with little fanfare.
From the grave, some intellectual cynicism:
Help me out here; Americans have this thing about guns and their right to bear arms, 2nd Amendment, freedom, able to resist a forced takeover by an evil government etc etc… Soooo, in my mind and fairly logically, it stands that these are the people who should be defending the process and integrity of the election as the will of the people, not so? Yet, these same people are blindly supporting an administration who is making a mockery of their institution and wilfully enabling him to do exactly what they think they are standing against and letting him get away with it.
I’m a bit lost here. How fucking stupid are these people?

Yep. Luckily he can’t self-absolve himself in the eyes of the states. You don’t mess with New York.
God, how I love his snark ! Wish he would be a bit less caustic towards AOC and so on, but he is just so damn fine a conservative commentator:
