Only president I have seen live. Rushed to see him coming out of an auditorium in college and got a thumbs up.

If enough money is on the table, as well as a permanent seat on the Security Council, I am sure we would be willing to sell them a choice vacation destination, like the Bouvet Island. The rest of Norway would cost a bit more.

Not so sure about opportunity, very sure about work. I hope there are more opportunities than that which I see though. NOTHING feels better than getting pessimistic forecasts wrong. I would willingly eat cod and potatoes for an entire year in a row, every day, if the US social fabric gets some how, through some sort of sorcery, fixed.
