In my opinion, it’s high time to regulate the social media with the same seriousness as NNPT. If nothing else, last two months have shown us how easily it can bring us how close to disaster; and I’m not talking about Fukushima type disaster, I’m talking about Hiroshima level disaster.

It would explain some of the behavior.
Supposedly its like a maze in there, and the location of some offices are kept secret. Yet select offices seem to have been targeted during the protests.
Journalist on news last night, was asking the questions how could this occur ? She said she has been in building numerous times over the years and still gets lost. How could protestors target some offices where their location is purposely kept secret.

He basically has two offices. One with his name on, the other he does not. He believes because his secret office was the one targeted (the location where he was meant to be), that there was insider knowledge.
