Up to 11.7k, they are adding rural counties that are breaking 2-1 for Trump but Clark County is breaking 2-1 for Biden, Clark County apparently makes up 3/4 of the state. Seems like they are putting data down quite steadly, Nate Silver is suggesting it would feasible to call now but that makes it problematic for Fox who called Arizona.
I assume the reason Trump did that in Las Vegas at that point was they knew this was about to come.
Biden only needs 60-61% of the remaining vote in PA now by my reckoning (using NYT figures).

It really, really, really won’t though, as explained by so many political scientists the last two days, the Biden win is much too narrow for the GOP to change strategy and as we have seen the Republican base is uncompromisingly stable. I really don’t think Democrats should be making such feel good propaganda now, this should rather be a time for reflection on where the US is. Victory euphoria, they can’t afford that and the sentence is not true.
Maybe they are just tired?
